The First Husband

This isn't a reference to C, but a book I read over the weekend. And it was a good one. So good that I've put Laura Dave's other books on hold in hopes that I have them in time for vacation.  Then I'll have 14 books for the 10 day trip. As of last night only one of the books had "shipped", but even then that doesn't mean it'll be in on time. 

I won't even try to do a review of The First Husband, but instead will just tell you to put it on hold at your local library right this instant.  It appears to be in high demand so you may have to wait a while, but it's well worth the wait. It's one of those books that when you finish you find yourself thinking "Crap. Now what do I read?"

Well, now I'm reading Swept Off Her Feet and I'm enjoying it almost as much as The First Husband.

I promise to stop blogging about books once we're back from vacation. Promise.
