Homeowner Pros and Cons (Part One)

C and I are inching closer to home ownership. And by that I mean, I'm pretty sure our landlord isn't going to renew our lease come April because he already has two families fighting for our apartment. That being said I'm starting a pros and cons list of homeownership.  Here's what I came up with last night.

Pros
Chicken patties are on sale this week at Meijer.  I could only buy one bag because our freezer is the size of a cooler you'd take to a picnic.

Next year, when we undecorate after Christmas, I won't have to call my brother and ask him to come pick up our tree and take it to my parents' house because we don't have anywhere to store it at our place.

Our laundry room will (hopefully) no longer be in the kitchen.

We will get a puppy!

Cons
After buying my one bag of chicken patties I was greeted by this when I got home. I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen often ever in the neighborhoods we're looking at.

Clearly I'm torn.
