tomorrow is a BIG day

Say a little prayer for me tomorrow, would you?

For the first time in the history of our marriage (really, since the September 2007 Elsea/Uchtman bridal shower when I got the recipe), I will be attempting to make the famous Talitha Elsea rolls. 

I've never tried before, because, why ruin a good thing?

Also, they are yeast rolls and I am intimidated by yeast. 

But I figure after 10.5 years of marriage and 25 years of knowing each other, C is probably not going to leave me over a botched batch of rolls (especially since the house is in my name).
